Unfortunately, Dazzoria is unable to accept returns of items purchased, with the exception of damaged and defective goods. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to Dazzoria via email at Contact@dazzoria.com.
Dazzoria will issue refunds or exchanges on a case-by-case basis. The return and/or exchange request will be processed as soon as possible. If accepted, most returns and/or exchanges are processed within five (5) to seven (7) business days

Please allow 2-3 working days for us to review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with an RA number along with our return shipping address. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee and also a 25% admin fee, which will be deducted from the refund total.
