HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER IS CONFIRMED?

IS IT SAFE TO BUY ONLINE?

At Dazzoria, we take online security very seriously. At no point do we store any financial information on our servers. Dazzoria employs trusted and reputable third-party hosting agents and payment providers to ensure the security of personal data.
All credit card details are entered on a secure server using Shopify Payments.
The transfer of the purchase details from our site to Shopify Payments is encapsulated using their encrypted and digitally signed protocol, which is secure and tamper-proof. Shopify Payments is level 1 (the highest level) PCI DSS compliant. 

WHO DO I CONTACT ABOUT MY INVOICE?

If you have any questions about your invoice, please contact us by quoting your order number. They will be more than happy to help answer any questions or resolve any problems

WHAT ARE SHIPPING COSTS AND TIMEFRAMES?

Our delivery is always free.

Standard shipping times:
1. USA and Canada: 6–14 work days.
2.Oceania: 8–14 work days.
3.Europe: 8–14 work days.
4.The Middle East: 6–14 work days.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, we currently don't provide a click-and-collect pick-up service.

CAN MY ORDER BE REDIRECTED?

Unfortunately, we're unable to redirect orders once they have left our warehouse, so please make sure to provide a shipping address where you will be available to sign and receive your order. If you would still like to try and redirect your parcel once it's been dispatched, please contact the courier directly to see if this would be possible

CAN YOU DELIVER MY ORDER TO A PO BOX ADDRESS?

Unfortunately, we're unable to deliver to PO Box numbers, BFPO addresses, mail-forwarding addresses, or temporary residence addresses. This is so that we can ensure the safe delivery and receipt of your Dazzoria order.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

We will send you tracking details once your order has been sent out from our warehouse; this information can be found on your order dispatch email.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM?

Our return period is currently 15 working days and starts from the date you receive your order.

We aim to process all returns within 15 working days; however, in some cases, this may be extended to 30 working days during busy times of the year.

RECEIVING YOUR REFUND?

All refunds will be credited to the original credit card.

HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR JEWELLERY?

Always store your jewelry pieces individually, preferably in your Dazzoria soft-lined box or pouch, so that they don’t rub together, scratch, or tangle. Your gold vermeil and silver jewelry should be kept in a dark, cool, and dry place.
All our Dazzoria sterling silver jewelry is rhodium-plated, which protects the silver from exposure and helps reduce long-term tarnishing.

PROCESSING TIME FOR ORDERS :

Orders can sometimes take 2-4 days to process after placing the order before shipping out.

WHY WAS MY ORDER SPLIT INTO TWO OR MORE SHIPMENTS?

The order may have been split into two or more shipments for the following reasons:

1. The products were shipped from different warehouses.

2: The processing of some products was delayed, so we shipped the remaining products first so that they reached you early.

3. Reducing the weight of the shipment when shipping quickly.
